Most of the people I know don't even make creepy decorations for their front door.

Ah, clearly you live in a Halloween deprived area! Quick - send spiderwebs, ghosts, and headstones, STAT!
I do live in a deprived area. There was not one single trick-or-treater to be seen on Hallowe'en. Of course, it was pouring rain so hard I couldn't see the street from my front window, but, hey, what's a little soaking when there are goodies involved?
