So, I've got a blog . . . Now what?

Everyone seems to be jumping on the blog bandwagon so I thought I'd give it a go as well. Haven't really got a clue what I'm going to talk about, but that's never really stopped me from saying something, so . . .

What's cute got to do with it?

The kittens all bunched together in one small lump Izzy laying with the kittens to let them nurse

The kittens are twelve days old today and they are getting slightly more mobile. Although they still enjoy laying in one small lump, watching them jockey for position in the kitty pile is a hoot. Jockeying for position involves rolling over and pawing at the air, rolling over and pawing at each other, climbing over each other, trying to crawl their way under each other. A couple of them have also gotten curious enough to explore the bounds of the blanket that's been their home.

Pretty soon, they'll be a holy terror.

either get your running shoes on or get a portable kennel to corral them in. OH yeah - watch out shutting any doors - they love to put their head where it doesn't belong and .... well think about it.

Does this mean I should box up the tabby and send it to Joe?

Yes, I also think she meant for you to send the tabby to Joe ;-)

so how many cats do you have total?

I am up to 12.5 (Tommy Boy isn't sure he wants to stay)

As for the tabby - don't you dare - I keep having images of puppies in my head and unfortunately that is usually a signal that I will be finding one (or more) on the side of the road.

At this point we have 45 goats, 12.5 cats, 5 dogs, and 2 horses - that's enough
